Patrick Donner: Our solution is one-to-one solution. To consult our customers in one-to-one business. And to show the value of one-to-one. I think we are rebels we are a printing IT company. We combine IT, we combine digital and online with print. Yeah, we are working with a 100K HP Indigo and with two 7K HP Indigos. We have some Xerox and we are working with a Scodix, for one machine for golden finishing. We are working with a Motion Cutter for example and all the book binding equipment you need.
But everything we have is digital and allows us to produce one piece.
Peter Camp: We get the data from our customers and then we have some programming put in for using them and then we do it in the Switch workflow. The Switch workflow changes every line where I must produce what product I produce and how do I produce it. The there is the Pitstop server that changes the data and then for the output machine, Ultimate Impostrip for the imposition, it could be different because of the size, it could be different for the material. At the end we only want one sheet for printing on the machine.
Before we had Ultimate, we do the imposition on the DFE from the HP Indigo for example or the Fiery
and the users of the machines have to know how much they do and if they do a lot of errors. So we changed it and do the imposition automatically with Impostrip so the users of the machines can concentrate on the machines. The quality was getting higher, the output was getting faster.
We know what is the output we need, and so the imposition says o.k., I need dots and ad markings for cutting machines. Everything is getting automatically on the print. On a big sheet, like the HP 100K, we have two formats and we print 4 or 5 A4’s on one sheet through our templates, and now we put the folders or XML the jobs into Ultimate and now everything works automatically. That’s very nice. We only check for errors.
