Integrated software solution makes it turnkey for licensees to receive and impose photo products orders.
Palo Alto, CA., January 29, 2008 – Digilabs Inc, today announced its partnership with Ultimate Technographics in which both companies will co-market an integrated photo products authoring and imposition solution to customers worldwide. The partnership includes joint marketing activities as well as an integrated software solution that provides an automated and efficient way to impose photo products ordered via DigiLabs software to insure streamlined, cost-effective printing.
Digilabs’ software powers retailers, printers and labs’ (licensees) photo business by enabling their customers to create and send highly custom photo products including photobooks, cards and calendars. DigiLabs private labels and customizes its software for licensees who in turn distribute software to end-users to create and send orders. Ultimate’s Impostrip solution is designed to integrate easily as a back-end to web2print systems that are focused on on-demand photo product production. Imposition of pages, photos and other types of documents is an integral part of the print manufacturing process by which one can lose or make money, save time and paper or incur waste.
